In business for over a century, JSA is constantly innovating to serve you better. We are among the first insurance brokers in Quebec to offer this tool to our customers.
The portal is user-friendly and accessible from any computer or mobile device, and there’s no need to download an app to access your documents.
The portal will allow you to:
- Access all your insurance documents 24/7, regardless of your insurer*
- Download your certificates of insurance (digital portfolio option available)
- Complete certain transaction requests
- Open a claim file
*JSA works with multitude insurers to represent you.
How to access the portal
There are two ways to sign up:
- email or call your broker to create an account
or
- email a request to portail@jsassurance.ca, specifying your first name, family name and telephone number (we recommend you check your email spam in the next days following your request).
Then, all you need to do is choose a password.
